Automatic filling of Bank names and correspondent accounts.

The functionality for automatic filling of "Bank Name" and "Bank Correspondent Account" fields will be updated using the official BIC database (Central Bank of the Russian Federation) in all relevant forms (withdrawal, transfer, top-up requests, and payer/recipient creation).
