New account maintenance tariffs are introduced from July 18, 2013 (4 tariff plans instead of 2). The goal is to separate access to products and reduce costs for regular users. Current users' conditions remain unchanged unless they choose to switch to the new tariffs. New products (like goodsTo) will only be included in the new tariff plans.
