In connection with the execution of Federal Law No. 115-FZ (On Counteracting Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing), the following limits are introduced from November 5, 2015, for the use of the Balance Top-up function and mass payouts (PaymentGate) to bank accounts:
- Maximum top-up amount for one Paysto account over the last 30 days is limited to 10,000,000 rubles.
- Maximum payout amount using the PaymentGate service to a single recipient: 75,000 rubles per day and no more than 600,000 rubles within 30 days.
To use the PaymentGate service, the client must undergo identification by providing a set of original documents.
