Due to the failure of the smartfon44.ru store to provide documents confirming the transfer/shipment of goods to buyers for previously paid orders, and the ignoring of Paysto security service requests since February 1, 2016, all payments accepted on behalf of the specified store are frozen and may be returned to the payers upon their request, according to the established regulations.
Payment refunds are made to the original payment details, at the store's expense, and only upon the payer's claim. We do not refund funds based on support service requests, email, or telephone calls.
To file a claim, follow these steps (detailed instructions follow).
Claim Processing Regulations: 1. Payment verification - 3 working days. 2. Awaiting confirmation of the refund operation from the store - 5 working days. 3. Refund completed within 10 working days after confirmation, or within 10 working days of claim closure if no confirmation is received.
If the store does not confirm (p.3), a commission of 5% of the payment amount will be deducted from the refund. The customer may seek reimbursement for this commission from the store administration.
Real refund times are determined by payment systems (banks) and can take up to 45 days.
