Temporary Reduction of Maximum Amount for Direct Transfer to VISA/MasterCard

A temporary limit has been introduced for the maximum payment amount for a direct transfer to a VISA/MasterCard bank card = 15,000 rubles.
Please note that these restrictions DO NOT apply to withdrawal operations via bank transfer to accounts and cards of Russian banks.
