The New Paysto is our experience, the result of deep analysis and forecasts for several years ahead. In the new Paysto, we concentrate on what we have done best all these years — Internet payment acceptance, so the following information is relevant only for OnlineMerchant and UpBalance users.
Today we launched a new payment control panel.
It's big news, so for those short on time: a completely new Paysto cabinet has been launched, which includes payment acceptance from legal entities, issuance of cash receipts (54-FZ), document generation for every sale (transaction), and... new tariffs.
- We launched the New Paysto - it's not a new design or just another version, but a complete rethinking of our business structure in Russia, payment processes, and tariffs...
- No more OnlineMerchant and UpBalance products - new names for internal Paysto solutions: Merchant (for goods/services) and Billing (for web-project balance top-up).
- New cabinet - completely new, written from scratch, with a focus on document management (for 115-FZ compliance).
- Old products like Funding and Activate remain in the old cabinet; PaymentGate and LinkCharge also remain there for now.
- Tickets - you can finally write to support and read responses right in the cabinet. New support portal: /help.paysto.com.
- New features without API connection: Create Order directly from the Personal Account (for issuing invoices for goods/services not on your site) and Marketplace (plentr.com) showroom for every user.
- Automatic payment acceptance from Russian companies and individual entrepreneurs with corresponding document flow (B2B, with/without VAT).
- All necessary documents are generated for every incoming and outgoing payment (to comply with N.K. RF and 115-FZ).
- Cash receipts are issued for every payment (54-FZ compliance). You can download them in the payment card.
- New tariffs: Simplified to Free and Paid. Paid tariffs have different costs and commissions for individuals/legal entities. For old clients - Free tariff and a special 5% commission!
- All tariffs include internet acquiring (card acceptance) and bank transfer costs.
- Easy and instant switching between Free and Paid tariffs. Paid tariff auto-renews or switches to Free if funds are insufficient.
